- Install the Kadence parent theme.
Go to Appearance > Themes. Click Add New Theme.
Search for Kadence. Click install. Do not activate.
You can also visit the Kadence website to get the file. - Install AI Powered Starter Templates
Install and activate.
- Install and activate the child theme.
Download the child theme file.
Go to Appearance > Themes. Click Add New Theme and select the file.
Click Upload Theme then choose the child theme zip file. Activate.
- Kadence Pro
Upload kadence-pro.zip. After activation, click the link that says “Click here to activate.” Input your license.

- Kadence Blocks and Kadence Pro Blocks
Install Kadence Blocks, it is a prerequisite for the pro version. Activate after a successful installation.
Install Kadence Pro Blocks, activate and input your license and click Save Changes.
- Complete the installation
Go to Appearance > Kadence. Select the Starter Templates tab.
- –Check if this is the normal starter template screen (compared to above screenshot)
- Select WSD + Meyne
Select the theme.
- Expand Advanced Settings
Required plugins are listed. Make sure they are installed and activated before proceeding.
- Installation complete
Congratulations! The theme is now installed on your site.
